All-in-one Source of Health
Blueberries are very rich in vitamin C, manganese, and fiber. They are simply fat-free, a cup of blueberries contains approximately 42 calories. These features make blueberries a perfect choice for a healthy snack.
Keeping Them Fresh
Blueberries should be stored in a refrigerator, dry, and in a container. They last for about 10 days in the fridge purchased from our stores. You should only wash blueberries right before you eat them. Blueberries can turn bad quickly after washed. If you are planning to freeze the blueberries, wash and dry them thoroughly. Lay them out in a single layer on a sheet. Once they are frozen, transfer them into an airtight bag. Frozen blueberries are great to use in a smoothie or as a snack!
