INGREDIENTS:
Spring Mix
1/2 cup red seedless grapes
1/2 cup sliced apples
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup sliced carrots
½ cup chopped celery
1/2 yellow pepper
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Place the lettuce into a large bowl, and then top with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over, and mix together.
